Our Fee Structure

TUITION FEES AND PAYMENT

Tuition fees should be paid as per following schedule:

Installment

Due Date

1st Instalment

By May of every year

2nd Instalment

By September of every year

3rd Instalment

By December of every year

Next academic year re-registration deposit  (non-refundable)

By March of every year

All tuition fees must be paid in accordance with the invoice, on or before the due date.

PAYMENT METHODS:

 

Bank Transfer [online payment or deposit at School bank branch]:   

There are several simple but important steps involved with paying by bank transfer.

Step 1. Use the account details provided on tuition fee invoice to make your bank transfer.  Make sure the bank transfer request includes student full name and student ID number. (If payment is made from a non-KSA bank please ensure paying in Saudi Riyals. If you choose to do bank transfer from a non-KSA bank, you might have to pay extra charges)

Step 2. To allow us to locate payment, please make sure to WhatsApp us student full name, student ID number,  your bank’s name, the amount paid and the date of transfer.

Step 3. Either print off the online bank transfer confirmation or ask your bank to give you proof of the transaction for your records (and for school purposes).

 

Cheque:

 

Cheques should be  payable to Education Gate International School or شركة مدارس بوابة العلم العالمية, providing full student name and student ID number on the backside of the cheque. Sending it to the school’s cashier only.

Cash Payment

 

Cash to be paid directly at the School’s Accounts Department.

CONFIRMATION AND INQUIRES:
